At Monticello Shop, we want your home to be a reflection of your unique style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box with all tags and protective inserts included to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
